You deserve a better, more specific explanation of why you should trust and use our site. I want to give you confidence that you can always find reliable fitness information and strength training advice here.

I know there are many other fitness websites for you to choose from. However, Titanvigor has many advantages over the competition. Here is a list of some unique strengths that distinguish our site from others.

For those beginners, Newbie Gains refers to a rapid increase in strength and muscles gain for the first few months of training. No matter what level of beginner you are, your body will produce muscles and strength in overdrive mode to adapt to intense training stimuli.

Motivation of set up Titanvigor

My motivation for setting up this website comes from my long-standing love of fitness.

Most importantly, I want to do what I really love and create something of value for others. I think this site will meet those criteria.

I knew I could share all the fitness knowledges I had gathered over the years. I found that many fitness websites and communities needed more improvement, and there was a flood of bad information on those websites.

Most “mainstream” fitness sites and communities are awash with bad or even wrong advices. While there may be corners of these mainstream sites where accurate information is hidden, unless you know where to find, you may found that the answer is at least partially wrong. It’s almost impossible to tell fact from fiction, especially if you’re new to it.

Frankly, in order to find reliable fitness knowledge online, you have to be able to effectively filter out a lot of invalid, erroneous information. As mentioned earlier, I have been misled many times to follow a lot of wrong guides. Therefore, I make it my mission to find and reveal those obscure or hidden facts; And in a coherent, clear, consistent, and direct way.

By analysing my own experience, observing the training of others, and doing a great deal of reading and research, I have been able to identify and root out troubling rumours and dogmas that are not worth your time while hiding the truth.

I have been working to sow the seeds of knowledge at Titanvigor, hoping that they will thrive in the immense deserts and make them easier to find for travellers looking for an oasis.

As for a certificate or degree in training or nutrition, unfortunately I don’t have anyone yet. Of course, I can’t deny the usefulness of official certificates, but they are not necessary for the acquisition and dissemination of knowledge. In addition, having a certificate does not automatically translate into professional knowledge. Knowledge also needs action to translate into power.
